Returns and Exchanges
If you are less than satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  All shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be in the original packaging and must be in unused and saleable condition for a full refund.

Cosmetics, skin care, towels, bedding, pacifiers and baby bottles, discounted items, and clearance items.

Return Shipments
We recommend using a delivery service which provides a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items lost during shipment, so a tracking service ensures a safer return.

Shipping Information
All orders will be sent via FedEx Ground shipping, unless faster shipping time is requested.  Shipping rates will be calculated by FedEx.
Most items are in stock, and orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  If the item ordered is not in stock, we will contact you before processing the order.
